Friends, regulars, new customers, over the past three years we have been able to improve the comfort of the hotel, winter 2018 saw the renovation of a third of the rooms, including one for people with reduced mobility and the installation of the elevator which crowns these efforts.
In addition to ensuring you the best welcome, we want to keep the family spirit, the simplicity and the conviviality that are the soul of the BAN DE L'OURS.
It is for these reasons that we decided, in July 2018, not to renew our classification of tourist hotels in France, where we had obtained two stars since 1978.
Those of you who know us know that what matters most to us is to offer you the best conditions for your stay; stars or not, your loyalty is our greatest reward.
Thank you again to all of you for allowing us to continue, we will always be happy to advise you on the discovery of our wild valley or to share its secret corners with you.
